If you have a Huzizit item code, you can find who it belongs to. Item codes have 15 letters, e.g. "KTVKKEFNLLFWEAV" and use an error-correcting algorithm which can usually correct single errors in reading the code. They are designed to be engraved on items or marked in an indelible manner.
Sometimes, members may not wish to engrave an item code and may register a serial number, or the serial number is easier to locate than the item code. You may search for serial numbers here.
Enter a serial number (exactly as it appears on the item). Serial numbers are case-sensitive and may include letters, hyphens etc.
Sometimes, a member may write their member ID on low-value items such as books. Member IDs are 9-digit numbers.
